Crazy Good Cheezy Bread

With Kaukauna Port Wine Spreadable Cheese

Lunch, dinner, late-night snack—this gooey bread is crazy good anytime. Mild, yet flavorful Kaukauna Port Wine Cheese is stuffed between fresh sourdough bread and then baked to insane indulgence and topped with pesto, Roma tomatoes, and scallions.

HOW TO MAKE IT

For Bread:

  1. Slice each sub roll into a wide checkerboard, cutting 3/4 of the way through.
  2. On each roll, spread 3 tablespoons of Kaukauna Port Wine Spreadable Cheese in between the checkerboard slices, pushing cheese all the way from the top to the bottom.

To Make Crazy Good Cheesy Bread:

  1. Bake the stuffed bread in a 400º oven for approximately 4-5 minutes, ensuring cheese is fully melted and bread is crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and top with 2 tablespoons pesto, 1 tablespoon tomatoes, and 1 tablespoon scallions.
