We’re not saying to throw your grandma’s mac & cheese recipe away. We’re just saying you won’t need it anymore with this perfectly creamy, perfectly cheesy Kaukauna-filled recipe. And to top it off—we have toppers!

HOW TO MAKE IT

For Macaroni:

  1. Heat heavy cream in large skillet over medium heat until it begins to bubble.
  2. Add Kaukauna Sharp Cheddar Spreadable Cheese.
  3. Stir until fully melted.
  4. Add al dente macaroni shells and mix.
  5. Stir in the melting cheese.
  6. Add remaining seasonings.
  7. Top off with grated cheese.

To Top Off:

  1. Place skillet under high broiler until browned.
  2. Place parsley, bacon and jalapeno strips in small bowls.
  3. Serve Mac & Cheesy with topping options.
  4. Eat and enjoy!

  • 1 lb. Macaroni Shells, al dente
  • 13 Oz. (two 6.5 Oz. cups) Kaukauna Sharp Cheddar Spreadable Cheese
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Melting Cheese
  • 1 Tsp. White Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp. Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Cotija or Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt & Cracked Pepper to taste

For Toppers:

  • Fresh Parsley
  • Chopped Bacon
  • Crispy Jalapeno Strips
